Marian Barber joined us in March 2010 in order to help us shape our strategy and formalise closer working between the network shareholders.   Her determined but diplomatic challenges to the Board coupled with her excellent management skills helped us to improve our programme delivery performance and to restructure the Company; we are now fully fit for purpose for the opportunities ahead.  We extend a big ‘thank you’ to Marian and wish her all the best in her next endeavours.
